If you bought a property using the Help to Buy Scheme, or own a part share of a property with a housing association, you will need to have a formal valuation carried out when you chose to sell, pay back the loan or buy a greater share in the property (known and staircasing)
These valuations need to be compliant with the RICS Red Book and undertaken by an RICS Registered Valuer. Our reports are compliant with TARGET HCA requirements and all Housing Association requirements.
The standard reports are valid for three months, however, if the valuation report needs to be extended we can provide and updated report, usually at no extra cost.
